All materials supplied by True Adam Research LLC are analytical-grade biochemical reference materials, intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical method development, and identity verification by qualified researchers. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, in-vivo experimentation, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, or administration of any kind.

Every batch is independently tested by a third-party laboratory. We target a minimum purity of ≥99% and make certificates of analysis available. A certificate of analysis reports testing performed on a specific lot, by the laboratory named on the certificate, on the date shown. It describes that lot. It is not a warranty of any property of the material, is not a representation that the material is fit for any particular purpose, and does not extend to any other lot.

All orders ship the next business day. We ship within the United States only. We do not export, and we do not ship to freight forwarders. Orders over $75 qualify for free domestic shipping. Materials are packaged to maintain stability during transit. Delivery estimates are estimates.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) materials should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Safety data sheets are published for every material in the catalog and should be read before the material is handled. Where a safety data sheet and any other page on this site disagree, the safety data sheet governs.

Because these are laboratory chemicals whose integrity depends on storage and handling after they leave us, we do not accept returns of materials that have been opened, reconstituted, or removed from their original packaging. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the shipment and its packaging, and we will replace it or refund it.
